Who may Use

• Full Members, Corporate Members, Country Members, subscribers of Beas River Concession Scheme, Riding Concession Scheme, Country Subscribers and Mid-week Subscribers.

Guests

• Accompanied guests are welcome. Guest charges apply

Point to Observe

• Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis
• 100% of the normal rate will be charged if users check out after 12:00 noon on the same day
• The maximum booking period is 12 days per 30-day period based on each month, except for July and August when the maximum period is seven days
• Each Membership account may book up to four rooms from Sundays to Thursdays (except festive days), and two rooms on Fridays, Saturdays and festive days
• Written confirmation will be sent within three working days upon booking request date
• Bookings of Sundays to Thursdays (Except festive days):
• A cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the room rental will apply to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than 14 days' notice
• A cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the room rental will apply to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than seven days' notice
• Bookings of Fridays, Saturdays and Festive days:
• A cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the room rental will apply to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than one month's notice
• Extra bed or bedding can be arranged upon request with a charge, on a first-come, firstserved basis
• Reservations are not transferable
• Members or Spouse Supplementary Cardholders are required to check in the Chalet in person
• Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult who is either a Member or Supplementary Cardholder in order to use a Chalet
• The names of all occupants must be included in the Chalet's confirmation letter
• No smoking (including electronic cigarette) inside the Chalets and at the gardens of Chalets
• No incense burning in the Chalets and at the gardens of Chalets
• No eating of pungent aromatic food in the Chalets
• No cooking or using naked flame in the Chalets
• No pets are allowed
• The Club reserves the right to assign rooms to Members and limit the numbers of users
• A maximum two adults and two children in each room
