- Honorary Stewards have priority to reserve Parade Enclosure Suites 1-3. If there is no reservation from Honorary Stewards, Suites 1-3 will be released to Voting Members eight weeks prior to the race meeting. And if there is no reservation from Voting Members, Suites 1-3 will be released to Members four weeks prior to the race meeting.
- Members may reserve Parade Enclosure Suites 4 and 5 four weeks prior to the race meeting.
- Suites require reservations and will be allocated four weeks or eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Members holding HKJC Priority Program Account (Priority Black and Priority Gold) has priority to reserve one box at Provincial Suite 1 (Grandstand 7/F) eight weeks prior to the race meetings on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there is no reservation, the box will be released to Members four weeks prior to the race meetings.
- Young Owners and Young Members (aged 44 or below) have priority to reserve one box at Provincial Suite 2 (Grandstand 7/F) and rooms at The Chalk eight weeks prior to the race meetings on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there is no reservation, the box will be released to Members four weeks prior to the race meetings.
- Private boxes require reservations and will be allocated four weeks or eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Each successful applicant must confirm in writing to the Catering & Events Office and state whether or not the offer of a private box is accepted.
- 30% deposit is required for Members' booking with minimum food & beverage charge of $30,000 or above. Deposit will be waived for reservations with a minimum food & beverage charge less than $30,000. Only membership card will be accepted for deposit payment.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are shown below:

- Guest badges are available 2 weeks before the race meeting at the Members Services Centre, G/F Jockey Club Headquarters, 1 Sports Road, Happy Valley or the Reception Counter on the G/F of the Sha Tin Clubhouse. Your representative should present the catering arrangement form of the private box booking in order to collect the guest badges and car park labels.
- Alternatively, the guest badges and car park labels can be sent by courier to your designated locations. Guest badges/car park labels can also be picked up at Members Main Entrance on the event date. The cost of the guest badges purchased and courier fee will be debited to your Membership account.
- If you have reserved a private box at Sha Tin Racecourse, you may obtain car park labels at the time when you collect your guest badges.
- All catering arrangements must be made through the Catering & Events Office by calling 2966 8568 / 2966 5895.
- Minimum food & beverage charge applies to private boxes/private rooms.
- All outstanding charges must be settled on the day of function with the booking member in presence.

- Voting Members have priority to reserve Grandstand I 2/F MB2 Room 2 once the racing fixture is confirmed. If there is no reservation from Voting Members, the box will be released to Members 4 weeks prior to the race meeting.
- Mainland Members have priority to reserve Grandstand I 2/F MB2 Room 4 5 weeks prior to the race meeting. If there is no reservation from Mainland Members, the box will be released to other Members 4 weeks prior to the race meeting.
- Private boxes require reservations and will be allocated four weeks or eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pre-registration is required with approval for each ecent. Registered children under 18 have to be accompanied by adults to enter the racecourse through Sha Tin Clubhouse.

- The function rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Voting Members and Owners have priority to reserve these rooms.
- Reservations can be made starting 8 weeks in advance, and up to 2 working days prior to the race meeting. Please call 2966 6857 during office hours or email to banquet.stch@hkjc.org.hk to make your reservations.
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am to 1:00pm
- You will receive a written confirmation from the Club for the reservations made.
