- Registration is required for indoor seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Membership account may register a maximum of two indoor seats.Time as follows:
Day Meetings:
From opening time of racecourse to the start of the fifth race
Night Meetings:
From opening time of racecourse to the start of the fourth race
(Priority will be given to Members and their spouses to register indoor seats by presenting their Membership Cards, remaining seats will be available for transferable badge holders 75 minutes before the start of the first local race. Subject to availability.)

- A table for 4 HK$500
- A table for 6 HK$800

Loges
- Each membership account may reserve a maximum of two indoor seats.
- In the share case, the minimum charge will be split, 50/50. If a Member wishes to take up more than half of the seats of the table, the Member needs to pay the full price of the table.
- The sharing table policy does not apply on Private Box of Box E711, Members Stand I.
- During cross-betting at Happy Valley, Members may access the car park area by displaying their Members' car park labels on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to space availability.
- The Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (cap.371) was introduced from 1 January 2007. All indoor areas within the Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses are designated no smoking areas (including electronic cigarette). These areas include boxes, restaurants, betting lounges and halls, toilets, lift lobbies, staircases and escalators.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarette) is permitted in the open areas such as forecourts, Racecourse MTR concourse, balconies/terraces. However, the following areas are exceptions:
- Balcony near the entrance of MB7 Members Box 7/F (Winning Post), Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated area at Loges, Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated balcony at 6/F and 7/F, Members Stand I, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated area at Loges, Grandstand I, Sha Tin Racecourse
