Please refer to the above booking schedule of the box regarding the cancellation cut-off time.
Reserved table is to be used by the Member who has been allocated the table, which is non-transferrable.
A charge equivalent to the minimum catering charge per table or the rental fee of a Loges / Private Booth will be debited to your membership account if you:
fail to cancel your reservation before the cancellation cut-off date and time.
fail to take up the reserved table / Loges / Private Booth by the start of the third race.
subsequent to the cancellation of your reservation, fail to return the Loges or Private Booth badges to the Club on or before the cancellation cut-off date.
If you have not taken up your reserved table / Loges / Private Booth after the start of the third race, they will be released to other Members.
The above cancellation procedures will apply on all occasions including when a Member changes his/her table reservation to occupy half a table. Please call the reservation hotline for assistance.
To protect your booking interests, you are required to perform verification with club staff when making amendment or cancellation.
If a meeting is postponed or cancelled, all reservations and parking arrangement will be cancelled without charges.
