Reserved table is to be used by the Voting Member who has been allocated the table, which is non-transferrable.
Please refer to the above booking schedule of the Voting Members Box regarding the cancellation cut-off time.
A cancellation charge will be debited to your membership account if you fail to cancel your reservation before the cut-off date and time and fail to take up the table.
Normal race meetings: The charge will be HK$600 for a table for 4, HK$900 for a table for 6, and so on.
Major race meetings: The charge will be the table capacity multiplied by the price of the buffet.
The above cancellation procedures will apply on all occasions including when a Voting Member changes his/her table reservation to occupy half a table. Please call the reservation hotline for assistance.
To protect your booking interests, you are required to perform verification with club staff when making amendment or cancellation.
If a meeting is postponed or cancelled, all reservations and parking arrangement will be cancelled without charges.
