 Notes
  • Happy Valley: Apart from seasonal tables and tables reserved for "HKJC Priority" cardholders, 50% of the tables are for on-course bookings, and the remaining 50% are for telephone bookings.
  • Sha Tin: Apart from seasonal tables and tables reserved for "HKJC Priority" cardholders, 50% of the tables are for on-course bookings, and the remaining 50% are for telephone bookings.
  • Members' Mobile App Bookings

  • The reservations of all tables or seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The first booking date on Members' Mobile App will be same as the Telephone first booking date rescheduling arrangement under severe weather, extreme conditions or service interruptions.
  • Telephone Bookings

  • A computerised Interactive Voice Response System is used to handle telephone bookings. The system puts waiting calls automatically in a queue and answers them in order. This computerised system also records the time and content of each call.
  • If you hear a recorded message which asks you to hold the line, this indicates that your call has been accepted by the system and placed in the queue. The queuing position is based on the language and service you have selected and your call will be answered by the next available Service Assistant. If you hang up and call again, your call will have to queue up again. Thus, you are advised not to hang up. Please be reminded that having your call in the queue does not guarantee table availability.
  • If the computerised phone system registers too many calls in the queue, you will hear an engaged tone and you will have to dial again.
  • To be fair to all Members, only one table reservation under one Membership account per phone call will be allowed.
  • Subject to the availability of tables, additional tables may be arranged for Members who wish to bring more guests to the racecourses. Please call the reservation hotlines after the first telephone booking date.
  • Before 12:00noon on the first telephone booking date:
    If the hoisted Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is being lowered to No.3 or below, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is being cancelled, or no “extreme condition” announcement is being issued by the government, telephone booking will start at 2:00pm on the same day.
  • After 12:00noon on the first telephone booking date:
    If the hoisted Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, the Black Rainstorm Warning or the “extreme condition" remains in force, telephone booking will start on the following work day.
  • Membership Services Hotline will be resumed within 2 hours during the operation hours if the already hoisted Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is being lowered to No.3 or below, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is being cancelled, or no “extreme condition” announcement is issued by the government before 3:00pm.
  • The first telephone booking date will be postponed to the following work day if any service interruptions occur during the first telephone booking date.
